4 Awesome Tennis Players

A racquet sports played between two opponents in singles or doubles. The following are the people who made history, started young and played well in the world of tennis. Here are the following top players.

Rafael Nadal – youngest player to reach the 3rd round at Wimbledon. In 2005, he won French Open tournament along with his 11 singles title. A face of determination in playing, Nadal got his ninth French Open championship and that was his fourteenth grand slam title.

Andy Murray – Professional tennis player since 2005. Won a gold medal at 2012 London Olympics and for his first grand slam title on the same year.  Murray played tennis in Abu Dhabi and even crowned as a champion in an exhibition. He played his fourth Australian Open Final early this year.

Maria Sharapova – turned to be a pro player at the age of 14. She had her first win  at the 2003 AIG Japan Open and on the same year she reached the fourth round at Wimbledon. Even though she had been in rehabilitation for a year because of her shoulder injury, it didn’t stop her in playing tennis. She made her comeback in 2011.

Roger Federer – One of the greatest player in tennis history. Federer has 17 grand slam titles and still counting. He started at the age of 11 and turned into a pro in 1998.
